Sami and Andrew's Wedding

1. Introduction

Welcome to the wedding of Andrew and Sami ("we," "our," or "us"). To ensure a memorable and enjoyable event for all, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following terms and conditions.

2. Guest Conduct Guests are expected to:

  • Respect all individuals present at the event.

  • Refrain from engaging in any disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour.

  • Follow the instructions of the wedding coordinators and venue staff.

3. Photography and Videography Guidelines

  • Professional photographers and videographers have been hired for the event.

  • Note that photography is not permitted during the ceremony.

  • Guests are welcome to take photos in other sections of the day but are requested to avoid obstructing the professionals.

  • Please be respectful when taking photos of others and seek permission where necessary.

4. RSVP and Attendance Policies

  • Guests are required to RSVP by Sunday 25th May, at the very latest.

  • Only those who have RSVP’d will be admitted to the event.

  • If you are unable to attend after RSVP’ing, please inform us as soon as possible.

5. Liability Disclaimers

  • We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the event.

  • Guests attend the wedding at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.

  • Any damages to the venue caused by guests will be the responsibility of the individual(s) involved.

6. Dress Code Expectations

  • Dress code: Anything goes! Please come in what makes you feel beautiful, glamorous and confident! Think LOUD - Think FUN - Think RED CARPET.

  • No boring suits please! We want at least a pop of colour!

7. Alcohol and Substance Use

  • Alcohol will be served to guests of legal drinking age.

  • Responsible drinking is expected; excessive intoxication will not be tolerated.

  • The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

8. Children at the Event

  • Children are not permitted at the event. Please arrange appropriate childcare where neccessary.

9. Amendments

  • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Any changes will be communicated to guests promptly.
